My biggest health challenge was in regards to my hormones and monthly periods. No matter how disciplined and diligent about my healthy regime I am in the time before my period and usually around my ovulation I have several days when I feel I fail with everything. I become moody and I can get upset for almost anything. I also feel bloated and I binge on salty and sweet foods. I don’t find the energy to exercise and do my usual healthy routine. What Audrey did was to first give me the confidence that I can actually deal with this and that I have the power to manage all this. Then she gave me basic guidelines and rules, which I can follow when I lose my focus and determination. She approached this problem in a holistic way, not just giving me guidelines about my physical health but also mental strength.
When it comes to other issues from life, practical questions about job search or negotiating a better salary for yourself, Audrey gives very concrete ideas and opens horizons with very practical advices. At the same time she has the ability to look at the big picture and see that you might lack confidence or experience in certain area and this in her eyes can be resolved too.

I have been long diagnosed with PCOS and didn’t have any particular symptom or problem until my early 30′s (apart from slightly difficult skin and a slight tendency to gain weight). Since then, that is the last 10-12 years, I have been battling with very low energy, joints and muscle pain huge weight gain, and general bad health.
Moreover, I have a long family history of low-functioning thyroid.
I’ve had for long the idea that addressing my nutrition would help me but I was feeling lost as to what I should do. The problem for me was no so much finding information but knowing which information to trust (so many contradictions!) and knowing where to source what I needed. In this respect Audrey’s help has been invaluable as she was able to suggest changes and tweaks to fit in with my lifestyle and resources. Audrey’ input did not stop at diet changes, but addressed my whole lifestyle, which is very important when you are dealing with stress.
Two things in particular resonated greatly with me: one, that it is not necessary to make big changes all in one go, and indeed very easy changes (that lemon-chilli infusion in the morning for example!) can and have brought with them a feeling of wellbeing that prompted me to carry on. Two, the push I needed to be more consistent in my relaxation/meditation approach, and indeed stress-freeing techniques are one o the most powerful means to bring on positive change quickly.
Since starting on the program, although I haven’t yet managed to implement all suggested changes for a long time, I sleep better, my tummy works better, and for the first time in years I have lost weight – a very small amount at the moment, but I lost it without being “on a diet” and I am thoroughly enjoying all the changes in my diet.
I have gained a new outlook in life and I plan to stay on this path.

After many attempts at losing weight and trying out all possible diets, I decided to shift my focus on becoming healthy, fit and energized. Audrey’s gentle and open approach made the whole coaching experience very comfortable. She listened what my problems were (namely the inability to shed weight), analyzed potential causes and recommended alternative remedies which I’ve never considered nor my doctor ever offered. I’m still in the testing phase of for some of these recommendations but I have already found myself to be able to cope with stress better which is lessening my stress-eating. Before my sessions with Audrey, I was not so knowledgeable about food groups in detail. As I don’t have a particular health problem, I never paid attention to nutritional values of various food groups. However, I felt lethargic and could not be so active on weekends, recovering from busy weekdays. I believed this was due to busy schedules during the week and did not take any steps to address it. I now pay attention to wha I eat and how my body reacts to certain ingredients. This has helped me reduce instances of indigestion and discomfort. I also spend less time at the computer during my spare time and spend my weekends in productive ways.
In addition to a guide to good nutrition, Audrey has given me great tips on various aspects of life, things I wouldn’t think about otherwise. I highly recommend Audrey because people can be stuck in a rut without knowing how to improve. Not only is she very knowledgeable about nutrition and diet, but also a great listener and takes a holistic approach.
